Gulden Kuterdem Brown Thank you and I have this question about after all these explanations and trials theres a block on my 3rd eye. I can see theres something yet infront of it a magenta swirling color thats thick that I cant see the person or a symbol! How could I clear my 3rd eye connection…

Eugenia Oganova Gulden, don’t look visually with your eyes. Imagine that a being is showing you a picture inside your head instead. You are trying to use your optic nerves to see and it can’t be done. Instead, use the center of your head (pineal) . Just like if you think of the color of the house you used to live in, you can see it in your head – so your 3rd eye is not blocked, just use it this way (like a memory) – remembering the future 🙂

Victoria Jimenez | went to the study vault and first downloaded the worksheet and as I read through it, I have a bad physical reaction to even thinking of answering these questions 🙁 I am so excited to do this class, it took me by surprise to find so much inner resistance. My current plan is to go back to do everything step by step with the videos and meditation, etc, but Eugenia is there anything else for me to learn from this first shock to the system? As I said, I knew I had stuff to clear, but getting so nauseous/plain unwell was surprising.

Eugenia Oganova and this is EXACTLY why, Victoria, I said DO NOT try to skip ahead on the Guide! 😉 Do the videos first, then go and fill the Guide at the second try (or at least parallel to the video). There is literally a “warning” in the home page of the course about this 🙂 The Guide will scare the Ego i.e. it is meant to be used AFTER you dealt with the videos because they are encoded with the proper energy that you need to do the exercise and know the answers

Eugenia Oganova Dunja there are millions of beings out there and we come from all over the Universe so that we could incarnate here on Earth. I.e. it is not possible to know all the names and types – but we each have our Soul Family link. The blue beings you are describing look to me as Paa-Tal water elves line – they are turquoisy colored skin, pale, amphibian and humanoid. The ones you are talking about seem to be from 6D (Paa-Tal lines begin in 9D, so this is a dimensionally-further-down offshoot that you come from). Awesome!! Congratulations on finding and resonating with your Soul family!! The Purple non-form beings – that is probably the Paa-Tal progenitors themselves (i.e.one of the Kadishtu originator groups). They do not have a form but can take a form. They are the “inventors” (designers) of humanoid blueprint in this Universe. So also makes sense – you felt a more direct lineage line of the blue water elvin people and then their further along the line/progenitors – the Paa-Tal consdiousness (diffused purple). Great job!!

Dunja Moeller So since my soul group is amphibian/humanoid does it mean they came through the sun as well as Earthlings did or are they from another planetary system entirely?

Eugenia Oganova Dunja, you know this info from the 1st bundle in TGM – the Paa-Tal are Kadishtu of 10D, then created humanoid body template of this Universe (not any particular planet or galaxy even – ALL of this Universe’s humanoid forms comes from Paa-Tal or Kih-Tal). Their own forms split into 3 types of elvin people in the 9D and these soul groups descended bodies. Do NOT mix form and soul – soul can incarnate into any form, and Paa-Tal are a soul group, and also creators of humanoid form blueprint that is used by them AND many other soul groups. We are in 3D – way down from Paa-Tal. Humans are a “split off” one of the branches of that large “soul tree” that went into our Sun in 7D, then descended until they could incarnate into forms here on Earth is 3D. Other “branches” of this tree went elsewhere in 7D, incarnated in various forms, while earthling soul group remained unincarnate in 7D in the Sun, until it was ready to come here in 3D.

Mira Akins Eugenia, I have a question. Earthlings went to the Sun. From Sun the group came to Earth. How a “creation” of the Forerunners happened? How they became the avant-garde of the Earthling group? -:)

Eugenia Oganova what a great question, Mira! The original line of the entire earthling soul group came via the Sun onto Earth. They didn’t come onto Earth all at once – there was a branch, an avant-garde that came first and participated in the Namluu project (before human experiment was in existence, so the majority of earthling souls were still in the Sun then). Namluu project is a 23 star races coming together to make a form that can handle multidimensional consciousness (i.e. it was comprised of the DNA of these 23 star races). This is what can be referred to as Adam Cadmon – the prototype for a “perfect human”. Eventually the Namluu experiment on Earth folded when the Ushumgal came, and this is also the time when the rest of the Earthling soul group joined the few who were here first. The forms of the primate were used for the earthling soul group, and then modified for the Sapien and so on. The souls of the earthling group who were here on Earth first and experienced the Namluu multidimensional form were more conscious than the rest of the earthling soul group. Kind of like a child who is forced to take the same class the second time and what is new to all is not new to him… At the time of human development many star races were interacting with humans in attempt to support and educate – from Sirians, Urmah, and Pleiadeans, to Abgal, Kachina and Amashutum! Many humans had spiritually progressed thru such studies. Because human DNA has some codes from the Namluu, the human body has multidimensional potential and this is why earthlings were able to utilize the knowledge given to them and some woke up further. So most of the current Forerunners of the earthling soul group are either souls who studied before in “mystery schools” (taught by the star races or that initial earthling group). The initial earthling group (who were in the Namluu project) split about 80% into one genetic line (i.e. more isolated and genetically choosing to reincarnate into the same lineages) and the other 20% went all over the world incarnating into various genetics and became teachers. The 80% portion is now known as Jewish people, and the 20% portion of that initial branch is the Forerunners. Obviously not all Jews are Forerunners, and not all Forerunners are from that initial branch who were in the Namluu project – there are some new people who joined in who “woke up” since then. So the Jewish people, or the “initial earthling group (who were in the Namluu project) split about 80% into one genetic line (i.e. more isolated and genetically choosing to reincarnate into the same lineages) and the other 20%” … Was the Namluu project limited to certain genetic lineages, like Jewish people or not? It would make sense that it was not limited to Jewish people only, because there is evidence of Light Codes encoded in at least five ancient languages: Aramaic (ancient Hebrew), Tibetan, Sanskrit, Ancient Egyptian, and one more (Chinese?) They all had been practicing expansion of consciousness through mantras of the sacred names.

Eugenia Oganova Roman, your question doesn’t make sense to me – how can Namluu project be limited to genetic group when it existed BEFORE the humans existed on Earth? The current genetic lineages of humans all began from Africa, with some add-on of the “albino” line in Siberia from Hyperboreans (these are the 2 “white” lines that went into Europe, and a branch of it is Middle East and Jewish too), and add-on from Amashutum that went via Mesopotamia and Indus valley region (they also have the Hyperborean lineages), and add-on from Sirians in Egypt etc. But none of this matters – these are MATERIAL genetics and we are not talking about these here. This class is about the soul DNA – the soul lineage. Soul lineage is the path of your soul – NOT the body one incarnates in. The point I was making with the Jewish people is that that one branch of souls chose to stick to one genetic lineage too (which is not the best thing to do actually, this is why Jews ended up with so much subconscious opposition from other parts of the earthling group). The main focal point here is that eathlings are ONE soul group with pretty much the same genetics (Jewish or Egyptian or European – we are all a mix of everything) – what makes it somewhat different are the genetic add-ons from star races, but still – from the soul level it is ONE family.

Eugenia Oganova Mila Bejou, answering your questions here in the Q&A lineup -great job on tuning in and experiencing! The reason you didn’t see their form is because they are not humanoid and your mind had a hard time with this. We tend to block what might feel somewhat “strange” to us because the Ego personality gets scared of what it doesn’t know. In such situation the guides have 3 options:
1- To move away from you – so no contact happens (they usually choose to stay if they can though);
2- To project an image into your mind of something that won’t scare you (like a pretty woman, Mother Mary, a nice guy, etc.) as an interface to help you relate until you are ready (they do this out of kindness);
3- To show themselves fully (this means they might “push a feeling” onto you so you sense if not see what they really look like) but this is only done if the person is very clear that they want to perceive even if scared.
So it makes sense that you ended up with a sense but not a picture of what they look like – because they are not humanoid.

Tracing the line from you to them, I can tell you they are an insectoid race – something between a Mantis and Butterflies. Mantis are very smart and gently beings, amazing surgeons of the 4D and 5D, and Butterflies are of the 8D (they live in space not on planets). We think of insects as something stupid and small only because on our planet their DNA resulted in only a form/shell. But on other worlds there are much larger forms (Mantis are about 6-8 feet tall and Butterflies about about a mile long!) – and they are way more conscious and advanced than humans (and good 🙂 The species your lines is from is the hybrid that comes from the Butterflies (and they come via Angeli line) and then mixes with Mantis – creating a green-gold skin with some purple shimmer “people” of insectoid type, about 5 feet tall. I do not know their name – you might get it in meditation. They are known as terraformers – they make planets come alive with vegetation and overall design and maintain harmonious biospheres (and are hired by other races for this).

The “creative” imprint from your Soul group – that makes sense because they are very artistic and creative.
As to what you put on hold – dig deeper. The “something about our lives needs fixing” – that is an Ego mistranslation of the Starseed Initiative – so you are correct there in a large sense. As parts of the Starseed project we are here to harmonize the planet and its people (to build a better world – not fix anything, that’s the Ego’s mistranslation). But good job on getting the flavor of it! Congratulations!!

Mila Bejou How awesome!!! Second & third round of meditation experience was a lot more profound. I felt inner battle between a desire to be creative/expressive counteracted by desire to organize/arrange in a meaningful way. Around the “putting on hold” part, i was overcome with sadness. I stayed with it and it forced my sphere to expand. Then it didn’t feel so bad. Emotional heaviness was definitely there. The expansion of my sphere to accommodate it was the most exciting.

Eugenia Oganova Mila Bejou all this sadness – read my comments here about “alone” vs. “lonely” – we are here to live our mission, and if we know that, we are not said because we are not disconnected, we are just busy doing our jobs on Earth while our spiritual team is here to support us. The only “sad” is the Lower Self view of “I am disconnected” – but we never are, it is just a perceptional separation based on our own beliefs. This is what we are doing here – clearing this “disconnect” so that we can consciously feel the connection. I am so happy that you were able to move past the sadness – we tend to fixate on the negative feelings because it is like a groove in the LS pattern (sadness is a negative comfort).

Eugenia Oganova August Barnla, it is very common for the personality to think it is not getting anything. There are 2 laws in this Universe that apply here: 
1- Something always happens;
2- Ask yourself navigating questions and listen to the tiniest of senses – because the answers are not mental or on the plane we are used to being most of the daily life.
You might have felt “lighter” or “heavier”, or thought of a color, or felt a shiver – document and keep tuning in. See, our brains are calibrated to Beta brain wave and it is hard enough to get into Alpha (relaxed) but we need to actually be in low Alpha into Theta brain wave to perceive non-physical reality. So, deepen your meditation and give yourself room to do in. Also, find you natural way. Are you normally visual? Emotionally sensitive? Sound/color oriented? Does your body feel things via nervous system a lot? Do you conceptualize complex ideas easily? Do you smell/hear more than normal? Do you sense changed in space around you? We all have some way that we dismiss because it is so natural to us – find it and use it to get your answers 🙂

Teresa Wornstaff I have always had a great affinity for Urmah’s and thought that to be a large part of my lineage. Last night, my Mom dropped in and told me that it’s also Angeli. Been a while since Mom dropped in so that was a delight, but my connection to Angeli was a bit of a surprise. Can you speak to this? Also, Orange/yellow orbs also were present. Thanks for the info!  Oh and finally, anything else I should be aware of? Thank you!

Eugenia Oganova Teresa, to my knowledge you are of the Ghee-Ra line (that Dragons and Urmah come from). So, the Angeli are probably not the progenitors but someone you worked with all the way “up there” – the gold/orange spheres make sense.

[This is similar how so many people think they are related to dolphins of Sirius but in truth they just had lots of interactions with these beings before and thus feel close].

Donna Ashton  I have listened to the lessons 3 times and I am having difficulty figuring out what a soul group is? And is a soul family the same thing as soul group? You refer to all earthlings as soul group. Does that mean that all starseeds are one soul group and then we separated from that big soul group and took our own path? Or is my soul group fellow Sirians?

Eugenia Oganova Ashton, you know this answer from TGM – all earthlings are ONE group and all starseeds are from different places. You also know that there are progenitors/Kadishtu (relisten to the first bundle in TGM) and out of them come different lines – these are the ones from the Earth viewpoint we call starseeds. Soul family is more emotional way of calling “soul lineage” or “soul genetics” or “soul group” or “oversoul” – all same thing. We all are ONE because we start at the Source as one, then we all split into Kadishtu Guardian “families” (these are the Guardian Host, the oversouls that we all come from), and these below the 9D split into all the multitudes of lines that we are.

Sherry Washburn So far I’ve gotten a cloud-like presence. The energy came into my 2nd chakra and sparkles were all around. I’m going to repeat and repeat. Often I hear words of a song coming in that relate to our meditations. I’m hoping to have that occur as well. Perhaps other things, too. Thanks to my family for trying to connect!!

Eugenia Oganova Sherry, yes, the energy flows usually into the area that is blocking the connection as a way to open it (so 2nd chakra self-worth stuff makes sense) – this way the sparkles can come in. So glad you felt them!! congratulations ! The mechanism of translating the incoming info is different for each person so use what works for you – for example, your brain might get some energy imprint and then to tell you about it will find a song file and play a line from that song over and over in your mind so that you “get the message” 🙂

Heidi Williams McGill I’ve done the meditation twice and got pretty different things from each one. Seeing different beings and getting different answers. Are they all parts of the same thing or was I letting my LS get in the way? During the integration of my “gift” I did feel the same warmth swirling around my heart/throat and cloaked around my shoulders like a warmed blanket. Should I just keep doing the meditation and piece together what feels right? I’m feeling a little all over the place with this information. Any insight would be so appreciated.  Thank you!

Eugenia Oganova Heidi Williams McGill, remember that the FORM is different from SOUL – i.e. you are of the soul lineage – that is a LINE like a branch you keep growing away from the trunk with your being the tip. But you didn’t just come into one form and then here to Earth – you went from Source (12D) to Earth (3D) – so how did you get here 12D to 3D? you were in MANY differnt systems – I explain this in the video when I visually show you guys with my hands how it “looks” if one souls goes down, then graduates that reality and goes further down or up etc. So, you are probably looking thru the files of the genetic light codes and seeing all the previous forms you’ve been in – how awesome is that?!! They are all “right answers” – but what you need to do now is maybe put them in order – like a line – start from the closest to Earth – like where you came from just before you came to Earth – I’d guess Pleiadean human looking people, then who were you before that? etc. In each “genetic form type” we stay for a LONG time – we must GRADUATE that experience before we move onto the next, so its not like “one lifetime here, one there”, it is more like 2000 lifetimes here and 5000 lifetimes there, and 3000 lifetimes there.. So ask navigating questions and start organizing what you are getting a bit more. You get info kinestetically and emotionally, so you might need to sit with emotions to translate them a bit further – in whatever way natural to you. But great job on getting so much already!! Its only the 2nd day! congratulations 

Amena Siddiqi I am getting a lot of green. Returning home from being out all morning, I found my Green Tara mask had blown right off her spot next to the window and was lying on the floor face up looking incredibly serene. No damage whatsoever yet she had flown several feet from her original spot and bizarrely landed in a face up position. As I put here back, I found myself singing not the green Tara mantra but a chant to Ma. My first instinct was… the green color and mother energy – Amashutum? Either way, it felt like a sign.

Eugenia Oganova Amena, the green color is of triple significance – the heart chakra “self-kindness” frequency + the Earth code (emerald light of the core on the Simulation before it was augmented) + Amashutum lizards (they are green and red color physically but their energy code is actually also Emerald Light like of Earth even though they are from Maya in Pleiades, where Kalimah is from by the way too – same lineage).

Eugenia Oganova Dana, the Pleiadean lineage for you is obvious and this love and light that you felt is linked to that soul group for sure. You need to go deeper with DETAILS – you tend to merge everything into one thing and then it becomes confusing very quickly. Thus make sure you ask navigating questions, one at the time get the answers – write the answer down, then go onto the next question so you don’t get lost (just pause the recording and write it). The imprint from “famous people” like Mother Mary or Archangel Raphael is more about tuning into the morphogenic field that a person, but if you ask more questions of yourself, one by one, and write them down, you will get more clarity.

Eugenia Oganova Chelsea Nesbit, you are describing the Angeli soul lineage – they are not “angels” as in “humans with wings”, these bizarre things are human inventions! – but they are these glowing orbs of light. If you remember the 1st TGM bundle, they are also the progenitors of all the avian forms – so most of the Avians are of the Angeli line. There are various Avians, some are even humanoid-type with feathers (I know 2 on the Solar Council – one is a “fluffy” white lady that has feathers all over her body and the other one is a blue bird-like man with feathers of blue and yellow along his head and back).
Anyway, what you are talking about are the Angeli. Now you need to make sure you ask yourself many navigating questions – like were you “visiting” these forms to incarnate into or are you one of that line (remember that FORM and SOUL are not the same, i.e. one can be of Paa-Tal soul group and choose to incarnate into a humanoid Avian form that is descendant of Angeli 🙂 ) Start “organizing” your memories into a line 🙂 Congratulations on awesome experiences! Chelsea Nesbit I did the whole process again and this time got 4 beings in my left field, very tall, wispy robes, maybe, white with a lilac undertone or backlight to them. Their heads were more lilac than their bodies, but no faces. They kind of just hung there and watched me go through a “movie” of me in a telepathic experiment I was involved in, as in I was being studied and imprisoned, then me making up herbal and plant healing remedies specific to the person they were for, then me interacting with someone I know who is so funny, we just make up funny stuff -nothing is too crazy-and laugh about how silly we are, maybe they were showing me that he and I are the same? The beings stayed in my corner while I went through all of this, I also got the sense I’ve been everywhere, which makes it hard to pinpoint any one origin.

Eugenia Oganova Chelsea, well not “Everywhere” but you obviously had other spots on your journey before you got to Earth. There are lilic-shimmering whispy beings I know in the 8D – they have an Ambassador on the Solar Council but they are from another Galaxy. They are the race of harmonious studious explorers of perception. So if this was them, it would make sense that they would just play back to you the “movie” that they had received from you a long time ago (for safekeeping while you went into density?) That makes sense – that you had some difficult experience with some beings who were negative, probably in 4D, then chose to come to Earth to resolve your fear/pain but learning individuality etc. These lilac beings never “do” anything – they more like “recording” info, so they probably found you back then already recovering from some trauma in 4D (look for what body were you in when you felt that entrapment, etc.?) and they just recorded what they saw (they collect info, but only passively). Great job!

Eugenia Oganova Margot Stevenson, the “blue etherial beings” you are talking about are definitely you soul family. You are probably familiar with them on your subconscious level and here you were able to get a more conscious meeting – great job! They seem transparent/etherial to you because you are solid here in 3D and they are in the 7D – you were sensing them via an energy-consciousness bridge from where they are to you here in density. To themselves they are not as “transparent” (like if you were yourself in 7D, it would feel more “normal” interacting with them, just a bit more fluid and harmonious than here) but from lower density of 3D anyone in 7D will feel very light. They are not angels (humans use this term to mean so many things! Usually “people with wings” which these are not 🙂 And real angels are actual orbs and we call them Angeli). These blue people you are linked to are cousins of Ameli (the Masters of Time) and are from the Paa-Tal lineage (read some of my answers in this thread so get more understanding since I’ve answered some of this before). So the line is Paa-Tal, then your blue transparent-like humanoid race, then… probably something else before you came to earth. I suspect that that woman who looked more human but was not really a human nor blue race – she is probably from the star race that you came into AFTER these blue people and BEFORE coming to Earth – so definitely tune in more, investigate, ask yourself navigating questions. This course is inside the energy field that hold such alignment that getting amazing clarity is possible with some effort. Look into specifics – as in what is your inheritance, what is it that your lineage is skilled at, etc. (I see “aliveness/harmony/space-time relations/insight” among the few :))

Margot Stevenson Eugenia, many thanks. I have an idea about many of the specifics, actually, but at the same time I wish to stay open rather than defining answers rigidly. I once had a powerful vision of these same blue people. They were tall and they were wisdom keepers. They were unemotional — friendly, kind, but not passionate. Even though they are unemotional, they are also joyful and like to play and create things. They collect knowledge and transmit new insights. I had this vision a few months ago. In your meditation, I experienced these same figures. I am quite sure that my lineage has to do with knowledge and art. I’m involved in those fields, now. I see them as innovators, though, not as beings who reinforce the status quo. They are innovators though they work in subtle and harmonious ways. In fact, even as I describe these things, I feel a certain peace like my words are true. Does that make sense of the Paa-Tal lineage. I get you about angels. Thanks for the tip about the woman in the scene. That’s really interesting if she is from a star race. She looked more corporeal than they did. She was androgynous, female but not strongly different from a male. She also seemed ageless. She is also involved in collecting knowledge and wisdom somehow. I guess that you advise an intuitive way of tapping into the answers? Thank you.

Eugenia Oganova Margot, 1- the Paa-Tal are in 9D, they are elvin people – they are calm, have harmonious feelings, and are smart. They split into 3 branches further down, in 8D, and some of them moved further down to 7D and 6D and 5D event. They are in many galaxies, not only in ours. One of the branches split in 7D – are part stays in 7D (that’s your blue etherial people) and the other went into our galaxy down to 6D, then 5D on Lyran star Vega. They eventually were pushed out by the Great War and one of their groups moved to Aldebaran – these are the ones we know as Ameli. Ameli are linked to the Solar Council – they are the Time Lords in a sense – and they are ascended into 7D – so they now match the branch of the “blue people” who remained in 7D (just not in our galaxy). Both of them (like cousins) are able to feel harmoniously, do not really have dualistic perception, are creative in a “Design” way (not emotional art but more of design thru knowledge). Ameli are the “time architects” of this galaxy and the “blue people” you related to are the “systems architects” – they create by design various consciousness pathways (to my knowledge these are used in Simulations like our planet and others, i.e. like “designing complex curriculums”). 2- the woman feels like someone incarnate in a humanoid body in 5D – the empathic energy you get from her is 5D imprint. Just keep tuning in and ask yourself questions at every juncture (like “why is here now?” “does she have something for me?” “does she want something from me?” etc.) The more you ask (no matter how strange the questions) the more direction you get.. See, the guides can only correct a movement – i.e. when we stand still we can’t get answers. You are able to tune in and get intuitive impressions – your skill is “creatively feeling”. So now translate what you are feeling into more details. It is not “limiting” to know details, it is like a giant puzzle and you get little pieces and overtime the assemble into an amazing whole

Carole Mitchell The first time I did the meditation I saw an emerald green energy in front of me. I got the sense I am or am connected to the angels. I would love some confirmation of that from you Eugenia Oganova? I got such a sense of being in joy and loved. This morning doing the meditation again, I didn’t get anything but I will try it again.

Eugenia Oganova Carole, the “angels” you are talking about are Pleiadean! The image that humans invented (of a human person with wings) is actually based on the FEELING imprint that many humans got from the Pleiadean star-beings who were ministering here on Earth. Pleiadeans are from 5D and they were one of the first star races who came to Earth and worked with humans from the very beginning. Pleiadeans look very much like us – very human, same height, their hair is mostly on the blond side and they have blue eyes – you can see how the image of “angel” is directly linked to them. They resonate love and joy, they are all about the Light and Love, and they are very much a feeling race. They are not dramatic though, harmonious. The reason you felt/saw green is probably because it is linked to the heart chakra opening – and Pleiadeans are all about the heart  And connecting with them meant that you also have to open the heart to “link up”. Keep investigating, asking them and yourself navigational questions to get more clarity.. all of the answers are here and available to you (you are in the multidimensional field that I hold for this course, so you have much more ease to tune in and get more and more). When you don’t ask and don’t listen to yourself, there is a lot going on but you don’t know about it … So, give yourself a moment, sit in a quiet space (push the world away for a minute) and ask yourself “where am I from?” and then EXPECT the answer!!! Don’t block it with your Lower Self judgment or fear, just LISTEN – not literally with your ears but with your heart. Tune in and allow the answer to drop in – perhaps the answer is a picture/image/symbol or a word? Then ask again “does this mean…?” and so one – this is how you get answers 

Amena Siddiqi This is actually what really works well for me. I can get a lot of “knowing” and “yes” sort of answers and even have entire conversations with myself but mostly about 3D things (and, of course, I have trouble when I have too much attachment to the answers or preconceived notions.) 
Visuals are new for me but I am so relieved to be starting to get *something* (it is a start) and then combining it with this it gets even better. Baby steps!!! EXPECTing the answer is the key!

Eugenia Oganova Ashton, definitely read my answers to other people here in the Q&A thread. We have MANY placed we incarnated in, not just one. So, you coming to Earth from Sirian system means you were there but how did you get there? The people you were seeing were way further back along that path, before Sirius incarnations (i.e. ancestors of Sirian line you come from). 
Also, I see that you have some mental preconceived ideas and they overlay what you are getting, so take some time to really deepen in and keep asking more specific questions when you are in the meditation. 
The Sirian people are with mostly white skin but it has a blue tint to it (their blood is blue). Depending on your own energy range, they might look to you differently. You are here in 3D and they are in 6D – and anything that far “up” might seem “bright white” to you. So, if you allow yourself the next time tune in more and try to match somewhat their frequency, perhaps you will be able to get other colors and features. 
The “traditional alien face” – that is really only the Grays and some insectoids, humanoid do not have this type of face. But I think because your mental “idea” of an alien and not seeing details clearly yet, you were mistaken Sirian large eyes and somewhat water-drop face for the “alien face”. They actually look very “human” (not as much as Pleiadean but close enough). They have light turquoise and gold shimmer on their super white skin (their energy is deep cobalt blue which is why everyone always thinks of Sirians as “blue”).
Telepathy is a normal form of communication in Sirian culture, they don’t speak out loud. Sonar is not some technology machine, it is a part of one’s brain that is able to receive signals – most Sirians have it active because this is how they communicate with Sirian Cetaceans. On Earth sharks and dolphins have that “internal technology”. It is simply a “special locator resonance”.
Good job about letting yourself to experience – keep at it and you will find more details. And make sure you are grounded/anchored when doing it.

Roman Gekhman I did the Being Worthy meditation for 2 times, 2 days apart. I felt a lot of love and kind of saw my “family” of beings come to me and touch and almost embrace in love vibes. I almost cried from all that love. They wore blue body suits similar to the ones on a picture, but not the same skin color. They just surrounded me and it felt pretty awesome.

Diane Grupe Marshall I am totally reframing my question after listing to the intro again (and again) and taking notes. I understand more. After you shared of the last simulation I experienced (one you knew of yet couldn’t name, the shape shifters) I was confusing that to be my “Soul Group/family”. I now understand that it was an experience my Soul chose based on the curiosity of my lineage. Being from one place felt very restrictive to me…other than from Source . So now my question is, if my Soul is part of a group and that group is all having individual experiences to supply wisdom to the group, based on our original path of curiosity, that I then assimilate into my personal soul… does that equate to me experiencing many lives NOW? Timelessness factored in.

Eugenia Oganova the answer to this questions, Diane Grupe Marshall, will depend on your understanding of the “I” in that sentence… If “I” is the Soul, then yes, it is having all these lives/experiences simultaneously. If “I” is the avatar in this Simulation, called Diane, then no, she is only having this one lifetime at the moment 🙂 We are all from Source, then we are all some Guardian race, then further some other race and so on. Some soul groups stick together all the way down into density – i.e. design a form in 9D, for example, then all complete that experiment, collapse it and move on as one group to create a new experiment elsewhere – design other form, all incarnate into and so on. Others only do this from 10D to 9D juncture, and once they are complete with the 9D or 8D experiment, they split up. So your “before here” lifetimes in the shape-shifter forms were your experiences, but we talked about how you were “not like the others” – that’s because most of them were one soul group and you were one of the visitor souls (a starseed from their view point) even though going thru the same events with them (this is probably one you were one of the few survivors too).

Brittany Peregoff Since last night and into today I have A LOT of pressure in my crown chakra. Feels like energy is jammed up there and I have tried multiple times to move it down into my body but it doesn’t seem to be moving. Feels like there is a band of “jammed” energy across the middle of my forehead and extends down both sides of my head (running right in front of my ears) from my temples down to the corner of my jaw line. Any insights here? Thanks

Eugenia Oganova And did you ask yourself what it means, Brittany Peregoff? If you did, you would have gotten “it is a pressure of the energy trying to get in”. Then the next question to yourself would have been “and why can’t it get in??” – and the answer might have been “because I am resisting/block it somehow”. The next question could have been “why am I blocking it when I think I want this energy to come in?” – and the answer might have been “because a part of me is afraid to know who I really am, because then I will be too different from others and won’t fit in, and thus won’t be likes or be safe”… See? And once you get there, you can love yourself, make a choice, let go and … voila, the head doesn’t hurt anymore!

Mira Akins Eugenia, after understanding (I hope) what Soul Mission is, I have the next question. Do the Earthlings and the Forerunners have the same Soul Mission? We have the same simulation, but much different timing….. Due to this fact, we have a different comprehension of reality (the understanding of “right/wrong” good/bad, to be/not to be, etc …) So, the Soul Mission shall be/must be different? or Forerunners and Earthlings have the same Soul Mission?

Eugenia Oganova Great question, Mira! There are LARGE mission of ALL souls in the Universe and there are INDIVIDUAL missions related to the lineages.
    The LARGE mission of all souls is about enriching the Source with new experiences and comprehension of reality. We allmust do that in whatever way we can. This process occurs by entering into a Simulation, learning, then graduating and progressing further. Overall movement is from Source into density (from 12D down to what ever density a soul group chose) and then back up to 12D) – all souls in the Universe do this. Once the Soul graduates, it has a choice to go anywhere it wants – and most advanced souls choose to SERVE the One God Source.
    The INDIVIDUAL mission of the soul group – that is more of the “flavor” of learning that this group has – what its curious about.
Earthlings are a soul group and they are curious about “shared love” (like one tribe where everyone loves each other), “compassion”, and “individuality” balanced with “tribe” and “compassion”. As you can see, this is not working very well on Earth currently – partially because this Simulation was augmented into an entropic system a long time ago…
The souls whom other soul groups (starseeds) have other “individual” curiosities, but if they are overall graduates of advanced consciousness, they naturally want to serve – i.e. they have an altruistic desire to come and help out (that the starseeds). 
Since all starseeds are from different places, they have different individual drives (some come here for “individuality”, some for “duality/separation” understanding, others for “compassion”, or just for being in such density itself) – but the larger “mission” – that’s the Starseed Initiative here on Earth – is to help make this planet syntropic again.
Earthlings go thru the various Ascension Stages (that starseeds had gone thru already) but overall all earthlings are learning compassion/individuality/tribe (and Forerunners are the avant-garde of that learning).

Sophia is conceptual source-code of the dualistic split – what the Guardian Host refers to as the “10D rift” – and Sophia Light is the soft white light of unification. The Zeta Riticculi progenitors, other humanoid-insectoids, non-humanoid winged insectoids, Dragonflies who are from the Butterfly family, and the Angeli themselves – the Kadishtu Guardians of that lineage. The dolphins/whales are of the Sirian Cetacean line that you were working with – colleagues in 5D parallel to some of your other lives (probably Zeta’s progenitors?) and work with Elementals (that’s from the Arcturian lives and working with them as colleagues). And all of that – via the Angeli Guardian line – back to Source. What a journey, Robert!!!

Eugenia Oganova Julia-Anna Barile, remember difference between forms and soul groups. You might be of a Paa-Tal (humanoid) soul group, but also having lifetimes int he insectoid bodies, and vice versa. This is why some of you might be of the Paa-Tal group but “remembering dragons” – not because you are “also of the dragon group” – that’s not possible, we are of ONE line – but because you might had lifetimes in these FORMS). So, if you see yourself as of the Angeli line, the insectoid (surgeon) forms are natural to that soul group, but you also obviously incarnated into the Paa-Tal created humanoid bodies, or some reptilian bodies etc. – these are forms.

Eugenia Oganova Christine M. David, as I said in the video, we only LEAVE the Simulation (i.e. STOP reincarnating) when we GRADUATE the experience. So, if someone could come into a new species form/planet (i.e. Simulation) and be fully open and conscious, learn everything they meant to learn – then when they complete that life (die) they can leave this species/planet. If they wanted to keep learning, they can CHOOSE to stay and re-enter that same form. But… Once we make a choice to go for a lesson, we do not have a choice to LEAVE that Simulation until it is complete. And since we resist like hell, get stuck in our Lover Selves, feel all the paid of Separation and get lost – it takes a while before we finally wake up enough to even remember the mission! Then it still takes a while to finally complete the lesson – and then on has a CHOICE to leave (or remain here for one more lifetime and teach, which is what I did this lifetime).

Eugenia Oganova DESTINY is your SOUL CONTRACT. It only LOOKS predetermined from the view point of the Ego personality 🙂We as Souls create our Soul Contracts for each lifetime. This means NOT some pre-set plan that we just then have to live thru (that’ll be not only boring, but also pointless!). Soul Contracts are PARAMETERS for learning within that particular lifetime. I.e. you design a complex plan of action to learn a particular lesson or to clean up particular karmic issue – that plan involves multiple variations (like if this person dies, you could marry this one instead, of this soul chooses to not incarnate you can have this other one as a back-up child, if this opportunity is not available because of other people’s choices then this other option is the way to go, etc.) This of it like this: each lifetime is a house and that house is HUGE – you have so many rooms, so many levels, so many types of design and furniture, so many different views from windows etc. Your lifetime is an EXPLORATION of that house – you can live all of it in one room and never venture into the hallway, you can run around exploring all the rooms, but never go to the next floor up, you can spend your life in a basement or attic, or you can pick some area you love and decorate it as you want because it has the best view, etc. – that is FREE WILL within the parameters of your house/soul contract for that lifetime. (I.e. you cannot chose to go live in someone else’s house! but you can explore everything in your own).

You got “male/guide” – stop there – ask “who are you?” “why are you here?” “where are you from?” “Do you have something for me?” etc. Only then move onto to the next thing… 
Got pressure in the 2nd chakra – stop there, ask. 
And so on – this is how you actually COMPREHEND what you are getting. 
Dana (and many of you here) receive information emotionally which in itself can be confusing, so you really need to make sure you look at one thing at the time – this allows your mental body to catch up to your emotional body!  
Also you receive information symbolically – i.e. images that make sense to you show up to tell you a story – so don’t get stuck on the images, but look into “what does it mean to ME?” – the answer is in there.

And these transmissions enter via the most higher frequency areas you have. Everything that you will be sent you will get. The “decoding” it part – that’s where we need to do the work to become more conscious to be able to understand the information better. So you are doing great in learning and allowing. 
TRYING is the Ego/Lower Self view because it implies a possibility of failure while ALLOWING is the way to “get out of the way” so that your Soul can resonate directly into you, and your personality can work on deciphering the info.

The mushroom-like beings – these are the ones that I see as “nebulae” – they look sort of like giant jelly fish and they live in the space between the star systems (although theyprobably evolved initially on one). They are the size of Moon and connect consciously over extremely large distances – they are not from this galaxy – they are in 9D. So these are your ancestors, dear 
The other ones, like the more humanoid forms of “hairy person” or silvery long arm person” – these are probably various incanations you took in attempt to get the hang of this “humanoid thing”!
PS – Remember that “family” is a human word… I use it here along with group/lineage/oversoul because some humans relate to this word since it resonated in the heart. For you, Michelle, it doesn’t, so just ignore the word! (the overlay in the word is your genetic family history). The meaning of the soul group is all about the “belonging” in the most truest essence-way.

These “jelly fish” star beings looks something like this – to my knowledge they are a whole other group of Guardians – there are more than the 6 we have in the Gate… These beings are from the same lineage as the nebulae beings.

1- Heart chakra opening (so that you can perceive more of the non-physical reality while feeling connected and safe);
2- The autonomic nervous system response that is wired into your Lower Self fear “protective” reaction (every time it encounters something it doesn’t know, there is fear and anticipation of danger, you then change it with your consciousness, which is great, but the body still has this residual para-sympathetic system response – and it activates the adrenaline, which takes a while to process thru the liver).
So, all in all, heart beating stronger/faster is more about energy than physical (there is nothing wrong at all with your physical heart).
Great job in allowing the information to come in!!! Your natural sensory input is obviously via kinesthetic etheric sensations and symbolism. The head of the black panther – that’s me. I think you’ve see it before too – that is the form I use in 6D when I work with all of you guys, so many of you might have seen me in that form (it is my Sirian body that makes it much easier to do the group work :)) And since we know you use symbolism as a way to receive info, we know that panther = strength/guidance (what you felt as “kind”) and wolf = courage/freedom. Great job on not resisting anything and letting yourself get out of the way so that you can receive! You can utilize that sphere as a way to “ask” – i.e. once you are in the sphere (your safety zone), ask your soul lineage to be revealed to you – and allow the symbols come thru. Eugenia Oganova Carmine Baratta, the snake you kept seeing – that is the Amashutum symbolic presence. They are the reptilian teachers who lead many mystery schools on Earth (and were involved with Egypt as well) – and your own conscious awakening goes back to some of their teachings. So it makes sense you were seeing the snake over and over. Because your conscious soul history goes back to some of the Egyptian schools in this round of human history (from 10,800BC) it also clear that you were remembering some of the golden temples (many now burred under sand) in Egypt where you had many lives. And the “egg vessel” – that is curious… Definitely ask more navigating questions to get more specific clarity. Great job, Carmine! 

Eugenia Oganova “Feeling homesick” is a way we feel when we experience consciously the SEPARATION from our soul group. But, the key here is that there is NO SEPARATION!!! This is what we are working on in this course – re-establishing CONSCIOUS connection. The unconscious one is ALWAYS there – we are always link to our Soul Lineage and never separated from it. But… when we focus too much thru the eyes of the avatar in this Simulation (Ego/LS) we FEEL disconnected from the rest of our soul group (not REALLY disconnected, just perceiving separation due to the lack of HS alignment). Thus the solution is to amplify your HS at all times – then you are CONSCIOUSLY always connected to your soul group. And we are meant to live our lives here – to get up and face the day, deal with everyday issues, grow/learn/awaken and report it all back to our Soul Lineage. There is no separation between the “material life” and “spiritual life” – is it all one life – a spiritual one if you are living it thru the HS 🙂

Margot Stevenson So, Eugenia Oganova, the solution is to unite with our higher self, which puts us in conscious contact with our soul family or group. Rather than homesickness, I am aware of being alone. I experience that my assumptions about life cause me to feel different from the mainstream. I choose based on different ideals and values. It is as if I am oriented to a different star and navigating life by another compass. I experience being very alone, though not always in a negative way. I wonder if others feel this way too?

Eugenia Oganova Margot Stevenson that is because you are a starseed – we all feel this way. Being “alone” if not “being lonely/homesick”. Being alone is healthy and we as “not from this planet” people feel that all the time – it is just about being UNIQUE. When you are in the HS/Soul you don’t feel lonely, but you still feel different because you are not from Earth (you are in the 8% of human population). When someone is in the LS/Ego, they feel the separation and judge it as “something is wrong” (either with them/self-hatred or with others/blame) – and that results in feeling like a victim and feeling homesick. My bubble / sphere had white light in it this time but I am not able to tune into any more than that. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thank you.

Eugenia Oganova Carole, visual is just one of the ways to perceive. Use your NATURAL sense – maybe you emotionally feel more, intuit, sense, kinestetically feel. And you do get info – just ask more questions of that information, don’t leave it with “nothing is happening” – something is ALWAYS happening, so TRUST that and use any sense you naturally use. You already know that your lineage is Pleiadean – great, explore that. White light – did you ask “what does it mean?” – ask the light! it is probably exactly what you need – the light support that is coming from your Pleiadean family and you are thinking “nothing is happening” because your mental level expects you to see clear pictures. That doesn’t happen for most people so don’t worry about the visual – go with any perception (like how does it feel? smell? ask it many questions and ask it stuff, like “SHOW ME where I am from”!) Be assertive a bit more and you will get more info 🙂 You are doing great!

Margot Stevenson my meditation tonight was quite different. I saw the same blue light beings but now two other more human looking women; even if they are star beings (perhaps), they had material bodies. In the vision, they are all surrounding me, the light beings and the human looking women. All these different beings are laying on hands, surounding me, as I lie down. The feeling is less cool than it had been in the first meditation; now, it is more deeply devotional. I am inquiring about where I am from. I could not really get an answer, though it feels like I come from somewhere else. The question: what did I leave behind to come here? I get a sense that my human life has caused me to doubt and mistrust because I’ve felt sometimes alienated. Thus, I stay on the sidelines and watch quite often. The gift to reclaim is respect, leadership, and being self-assertive though in a way that is oriented by generosity. I am to be less the observer now and more in the center of my own life. I get also that our soul group mission has to do not only with wisdom but also with keeping alive the sacred flame of life. I get a picture of people holding a flame. As I said, I did not get any kind of clarity about where I come from or my previous lifetimes. My soul family want me to feel loved and cared for rather than distant. And to trust the devotional part of myself, which loves truly and is willing to take a stand for what matters. I try to ask more specific questions but I do not receive replies.

Eugenia Oganova oh Margot, sounds like you got a LOT of clarity!! Just so you know, there are 12 dimensions, and we are here in 3D. But there is a whole universe of planets in 3D that has life on them (these are the races of people who have material bodies similar to ours, maybe made of slightly different components but pretty much carbon). So, there are many “Star” races who are in 3D and not here of Earth. The beings of higher dimensions are “lighter”. Like Venutian and Centauri are 4D, Pleiadeans are 5D, Sirians are 6D, and so on. So, it is very possible that you are remembering your past lives on another world in 3D, and these people and you are “related” because they are of the same soul group – only they remained incarnating on that world while your soul chose to move on and picked Earth as its incarnation location.

Eugenia Oganova Marsha Kohn, the reason you could not get “more” after you saw the red-haired woman with the rooster is because there is something you need to receive and choose in order to move on. Our Souls put our development into a sequence if we had some “traumatic awakenings” in the past – this is to assure that we do not “blow our circuits” , so when we decide to open up, we have to do it in steps. 
Not everyone has this, but if the Soul had a traumatic experience (like a “sudden awakening” and then some fear, or even insanity) then it would encode steps like this. You had a lifetime when you went insane mentally because you opened up to the spirit world but didn’t have a good boundary. You have a much better boundary in this lifetime and you did huge amount of work (so no insanity in this life! 🙂 ) but your Soul as a precaution set up that “open one at the time” pattern.

The woman with the rooster is your Irish lifetime – i.e. you were looking at YOURSELF in that life. She was strong, proud, and could manage well without much help. She had a difficult but good life (she managed a village when she was older and became sort of a “medicine woman”) and this was a power point in your human incarnations. So in order for you to open up to the Galactic family you need to go thru that power point – i.e. shed the covering of the “I have to fix the pain in the world” and “If I only study some more than maybe I can do it..” and instead BECOME that woman with a rooster. In your emotional body, imagine stepping into her (like she overlays over you) – this will give you the alignment you need. Then from that place do the meditation and you should get more of your star family showing up 🙂 Happy exploring!

Amena Siddiqi – in the video you speak about the mission being to have a certain experience to beam back to the soul family. (Warning: this is a very mental thought!!) If I am mainly here to resolve the Amashutum life karma, did I come in with a mission from my Sirian family or only with my own karmic agenda? Okay I answered that myself lol  It was both. And also something to offer to the Starseed Initiative to “get my visa.”
Since Sirius was where I was last, the mission would be to beam back to Sirius, correct? So far I have connected to the green/Amashutum/mother energy which is about connecting with nature and the “priestess” way (ceremony, ritual). However the gifts I received in my dream and the college campus setting felt very Sirian to me. The gifts were 3 books of spiritual learning and one of them was humorous. 
Am I understanding correctly that “mission” is what I learn & experience here and send back? (something about connection with nature/earth energy??) And that “inheritance” is what I am to share with this planet in this time of ascension? (knowledge, wisdom, sometimes through light words and humor).

Second, the Amashutum mission is about not being a victim and resonating power while being in balance with nature, without the desire to lash out in revenge (like wanting to fight but keep choosing peace). The Sirian mission is about wisdom/sharing it (you’ve got that right). But in a sense it is all one thing since your own Soul is filtering it your own way. Like “individuality/duality/balance of opposites/containment of impulse” etc. – and then sharing it all with the world. That sharing can take a form of you just BEING it and thus RESONATING it as a Sanctuary Sphere. Great job on getting out of the “linear mental” into “open conceptual”!

Jean DiPiro Goldstone Doing the meditation today was completely different from previous times. My family who came this time they were more serious, official and militaristic almost.The bubbles of joyous love from yesterday were not there. The inky black family were in the background. I asked these serious beings questions about who they are and the answer seemed to be Arcturians but I think I may be latching on to that because they’re really the only ones I’m familiar with. The soul gift from them is truth and power – I need to unpack that more. Any advice for trying to discern whether my mind is telling me my family is Arcturian because it’s the only thing this Jeannie-avatar knows?

There are many races in the Universe and I do not know all of them, but just following the thread you laid out energetically, I end up at the planet in a fog-like field with people who look similar to us but with no hair and slightly larger eyes with a 3rd eyelid. The are very logical, structural, calm, wise and non-emotional (because your avatar in this lifetime is more emotional, to her they probably felt “militant” because they are simply structural). They are in 5D and they have masters of their culture in 6D. I personally do not know them, so can’t say much more. But hey – if you found them there is a reason – they are probably in your line (they are in another galaxy, not Milky Way) and they have something for you – I think “truth and power” is pretty accurate – this is what I get from them as well from just a surface scan. So I think you are on the right path – keep asking, and you can definitely use this inheritance – such a calm confidence without arrogance – just power but pure and balanced, calm. Great job!

Donna Ashton Smith I’ve now done the meditation 4 times and am getting two different experiences. One seems to be more masculine- that one I am connecting to my Sirian heritage in that it feels more mental, intelligence oriented (not really saying that like I mean it). The other experience seems more feminine. Like my soul family before Sirius felt like love. Didn’t really have a form – was more formless and bright white. The sound was a low vibration maybe even like a swoosh. What I put on hold here was unity resonance and what I intend to claim is a loving relationship between masculine and feminine. I’m wondering why two different experiences and again if I’m on the right track. And not sure which gifts to claim now or can I claim them all ie telepathy, sonar, high tech wisdom, unity consciousness?

Eugenia Oganova Donna Ashton two different experiences are simply because they are in different time – Sirians are closer to here and now, and then there are actually more others, and then further away is the one you hit with the “feminine” Unity Consciousness. That is a 10D experience, so probably something more directly of the Guardians. Great job! 

As for “what to claim” – well, what you are talking about are literally skills/abilities, so do you really want telepathy? I mean it will be very hard to live with it on 3D Earth! (I used to, in addition to seeing multidimensionally, see like an x-ray into physical when I was a child, and I couldn’t eat because I felt nauseous all the time watching people’s inner body processes, I chose to close that ability off so I could function. I.e. be careful what you ask for! )

Also “unity consciousness” is not an ability – it is a state of consciousnesses and you are not there right now – but choosing to receive more of that experience is a good idea to help your personality go there overtime. “Sonar” might be an interesting ability to have (I have some of it and it never really interfered with material life, so it might be cool). But you are on the right track!

Eugenia Oganova Ok, Michelle Hamady, form=body (i.e. the vehicle); soul=entity (i.e. the consciousness); ancestors=came before (can be genetic for that form but not for the soul, or can be for the soul too sometimes); progenitors=soul lineage “ancestors” (someone that the soul (and sometimes the body) evolved from.

For example, Paa-Tal are progenitors of Lyrans (same soul group, the body blueprint of Lyrans evolved on Lyra but from the design of Paa-Tal), and Pleiadeans are descendants of Lyrans (literally same genetic line evolved further on Pleiadeas) – and they are also from the Paa-Tal soul group line (so we can say that Paa-Tal are their progenitors too, although they didn’t “make” Pleaideans, they “made” Lyrans from whole Pleiadeans evolved). Don’t mean to confuse you further! hopefully this helps!

Eugenia Oganova Margot Stevenson Venusians are the ones people call Hathors – they are tall human-like people in 4D. They used to be on Earth at the time of Egypt, teaching here (represented by a Cow Hathor neter/symbol). There is no life on Venus in 3D, obviously, but in 4D there is an underground huge installation and some Hathor people still live there. Most left a long time ago, so it is not an active race now in the Solar System (they live now in the Solar Cluster but not our system, and many are ascending into 5D now).

Eugenia Oganova Elizabeth Peckham, you got a lot of info, now you need to put it into a linear path – who was before what? The Sirian group was probably closer to Earth’s incarnations – and these might have literally been people you’ve known and lived with there while at the same time being of your soul group (i.e. neither of you are “Sirian soul branch” but you were incarnate (as starseeds!) into Sirian bodies for your own experiment 🙂 ) The “Big Foot creature” – that is Sasquach (Sirians had agreements with Sasquach Nation, these are a different branch of humans, so they are conscious) – you probably were a part of that project with them (in a Sirian body perhaps). The “white glowing being in Egypt” – that is probably also Sirians of the first group that came to Earth after 23K BC (pre-Egypt) and educated people – they also worked with Hathors/Venusians who were in their 4D forms on Earth at the time, also in Egypt, so you probably dealt with them (in a Sirian body). There is definitely more to explore! Awesome job! 

Eugenia Oganova Dasha Alexandrov, you tend to see via feeling, and your feelings are shamanic, i.e. stretched over all your Earth’s incarnations. So from the human perspective, some of that fire-power felt “savage” but if you ask the fire-power itself, it is simply is. It has no desire to destroy anything.
The experience you gotten sound like they are “up the line” all the way to the Source. The Azuras are the blue-black ones you saw from the “other side” of this creation, then onto this side (12D-10D) you felt/saw other Guardians (golden) and one of them, Ghee-Ra the fire Guardians, as deep blood red.
The “loss feeling” from my view is from that time of “before this side of the universe”. The Azuras and the “Gods” (Guardian Host who created this Universe 12D down) were one at some point, but Azuras were all knowledgeable and powerful and they were content to explore the Source itself as they were but some of the souls wanted to “design life” – to create more – and these “Gods” (Guardians) shifted into 12D and down, and eventually created all dimensions and life forms we have down to 1D. Your deep “loss” might be from back then – that point of “split” when Azuras stayed and Guardians descended and created (since you obviously came with the Guardian branch).

2- Also “star beings” are not necessarily “not people” 🙂 There are many human-looking races out there in the 3rd dimension, in this and other galaxies. 
3- Our mind blocks stuff that it finds threatening of its view of reality. So, if you WANT to see something but some of your beliefs say that it will be “dangerous to know”, then you won’t see it. And, we also TRANSLATE with our minds what we get as a way to make it make sense to us. So, a group of people congratulating you could have been a group of non-physical beings or a group of people from another planet, but your mind presented them to you as “humans” so that it is “safe” to view. See?
4- The key here is ACCEPT what you get. ASK navigating questions – don’t assume it will just “Drop in” – you like control so your personality doesn’t want to let that control go, and thus doesn’t let something “happen to you”. So, instead be proactive and ask your energy field, ask them, ask yourself – that will help your personality feel that it is “participating” and you might experience more.
5- We all have to start somewhere – you are learning now, so do not compare yourself to others since they didn’t start at the same place as you are starting. Instead, compare yourself to yourself – like yesterday you didn’t even know maybe that you have a soul family and today you know, today you felt something, etc.
6- Use your NATURAL way to perceive. If you are not visual, you can be so many other things. The main thing though – LISTEN to the SMALLEST changes. How did your body feel when you asked what your soul group looks like? – maybe you noticed you started to straighten up, or your heart beat changed? How was the space around you – did it felt heavier? Lighter? – we learn by noticing these little changes and then overtime you build you own “library” of experiences that makes sense to you.
You are going fine – you’ve got this , keep going. 

Eugenia Oganova Chris Cheong, this is GREAT! You did an awesome job finding and connecting with your soul family. __These crystalline blue beings have beams coming off them in all directions (what you saw as wings) and they radiate light. As Guardians they do not really have a form – they are more of a crystal with beams of light and lots of complex geometry, but when they show themselves, they can take any form (like a humanoid for example because you are a human this lifetime).
__They are Time-Architects, so you got it very much right!! These beings you saw are one of the races of Kadishtu Guardians in 11D – they are the original creators of time spirals concept. That concept/program is then utilized in all the Simulations (classrooms in star systems and planets). Like here on Earth we have linear time but it is really a time spiral that GENERATES PERCEPTION of time. Even though these original crystalline Time-Architects didn’t create our solar system in particular, the code for generating these time spirals comes from them. There are many races who deal with time (like Ameli for example) but the ones you are talking about – they are the original creators of that time concept.
__I think that you then saw other Guardians (you are of the line of the Crystalline ones, but you probably saw the other ones you dealy with before) – the “white elvin woman” – that is Paa-Tal Guardians of 10D, and the “golden orbs” – these are the Angeli Guradians of 11D. And you got all of them to reflect to you some part of you (not “give” to you but to “open up within you”) – very cool!
__I agree with the “Explorer” nature – what to apply it to in material life you can figure out later, but on the spiritual side it is definitely about exploring reality perceptions (and you have such an unusual one!) Great job, Chris Cheong!

Eugenia Oganova Diane Allerdice, I think the reason you blanked out the first time is because your system was not used to the high voltage of my materials so you went with the energy but your consciousness couldn’t quite follow. But once you got the “code” of “oh, this is how it works!” you could do much more conscious exploring the next times 🙂
And the 1 or 0 makes sense too – it is a way to “Decode” reality. It does link to the more personal mission you have of “comprehending trinity”. Your natural soul perception is in this yes/no duality, a very black-and-white way. It is not our duality here which is disharmonious, but more of a dispassionate harmonious balanced way of 2 opposites. What you wanted to learn (why your soul came to Earth in the first place) is the “trinity”. I see that your star race went “up” dimensionally to comprehend the trinity (Void-Creator-Code / Fractal-Holographic-Syntropy) and “down” – that’s you! – onto 3D to 1D. very interesting that you are also using this one way or the other in your work now in this lifetime 🙂

I think you know Urmah more as coleagues instead of being of that line yourself, but it is great they showed up to. Investigate what there is before or after these 5D Cetaceans – there is more in your line (you didn’t just showed up at 5D from Source, so where else where you?) Great job though

1- Find out WHAT your Lower Self is afraid of;
2- Then find out what IT wants instead?
3- Then GIVE IT what it wants – for a LIMITED duration of time (like 5 min., or 1 hour);
4- Then go do what your Higher Self decided to do.
I.e. – be a parent to yourself and LEAD your child, don’t FOLLOW her!

You decided to trust what you are receiving and open up – and the LS told you that this means you will be killed – and for emphasis of its agenda to keep you safe, it showed you an array of the past lives where you were killed for being open. Did anyone else have an experience that made them nervous? I was surrounded by tall, lanky, white hairless beings with large heads and very big black eyes. They were very inquisitive, silent, telepathic communicators. At first I didn’t want to trust what I saw, because they were so “Hollywood” in nature. They made me nervous. I felt like I was being studied. However, behind them were crystalline beings that I felt were protectors. They were telepathic, but they made a sound like crystal windchimes all the time. I felt safe with them around the white beings.
From the white beings, I get my lifelong intense curiosity. From the crystalline beings, I get my power. I used to be able to make things “out of thin air”. That comes from them. Also, my love of sparklies (diamonds, crystals, prisms, etc.) comes from them. They reaffirmed that crystals are used for moving around the galaxy and other “magic” like dimensional teleportation.

Eugenia Oganova Jen Reilly great job at getting out of your own way! read thru this Q&A thread – all of it – and you will get so much info and understanding, plus see how it is actually not that unusual for the personality to fear the non-physical “images”. The beings you are talking about are the short white with black eyes – they are the one line of Zeta Riticulli ancestors (the Greys were a further genetic experiment but artificial, while Zetas are natural). The beings your describe are not Zeta but “before Zeta” – the ancient line that part of it ascended from 3D to 5D and part went into 4D (this is what Zetas are now). So the ones you were tuning into are in 5D and very curious, harmonious, and known scientist and researchers (natural traits) – but your mind was confusing them with Greys probably and hence the fear response (Greys are artificially designed on Zeta’s blueprint and are negatively inclined). The crystalline beings I do not know (well, I know of a lot of various crystalline beings but not sure which ones you mean) – either way – great job on finding them and connecting!! 

Lydia Williams In my lower self fight with this I want to be seen and I don’t want to be seen. It makes me think of our Egypt trip and sitting in the back of the bus. Also I have never felt valuable enough to take up a teacher’s time but am jealous of the ones that seem in my eyes “to hog” the teacher. I am figuring that out but it hurts. Trying to parent the LS…

Eugenia Oganova 1- Lydia Williams, look at WHY your LS is afraid to “make it real”? what is the actual fear? If you do not know what it is, you just “fighting the resistance” but it is unconscious. Make the resistance very conscious by knowing EXACTLY what your LS afraid of. It might fear “being crazy”, “being different”, “being laughed at”, “being pushed out of the tribe” etc – find out what it is. How can you PARENT it if you do not know what the child fears?? The LS wants it both ways – “be good” by being seen and “be safe” by hiding! It is a child and it just trying to be comfortable.
2- On Earth lemurs are not really conscious animals but that blueprint exists all over the Universe – it is created by the Kih-Tal Guardians (as you know Kihshians used it on Earth). So, it is totally plausible that you have some part of your family soul group incarnate right now (and you might have shared that experience with them) in the lemur-type form. All forms are just code – blueprints, and they repeat, just like we have many insectoids, many humanoids, many reptilian/dragon types etc. – these are just forms 🙂

Eugenia Oganova Heidi Williams McGill, the green-blue beings with magenta forehead glow – I’ve seen these. I don’t know much of them, but they are not from this galaxy, not on the Solar Council, but they are “involved” occasionally – something about genetic explorations and weaving of forms from what I remember… They are from 6D or 7D.
The white with pointy ears – these are Paa-Tal elvin people of some later descendants of that line. These are from 9D-7D.
The reptilian form with spiky things around its face – there are from Orion. They are from 4D, and they are used by the Ushumgal (they are genetic cousins of Sutum) and controlled via drugs but there is a conscious branch of them that is acting as “resistance movement” to the Ushumgal – these guys have a representative on the Solar Council.
Now you need to put these into a linear progression 🙂 I think that the blue-green ones are your actual soul family, the elvin people are probably your next step closer to Earth’s incarnations, the Sutum reptilians are probably the Resistance that these elvin people worked with to help you and thus you know them and felt for them. So, look if the elvin people were the “last stop” before Earth or if there were more (like Pleiadean branch)? But overall – you did great!!

Amena Siddiqi  to confirm I am extrapolating this correctly:
1) soul lineage is the origin point (fire elf/Guardian host level oversoul) and all the FORMS we incarnated into as we descended into 3D.
2) soul family/soul group is parallel aspects of the same oversoul incarnating into different FORMS? That is, specks of the same oversoul me incarnating in a one-to-many way in lower dimensions. 
3) therefore my soul family members would all be *originally* fire elf but could be in a different FORM as they are presenting to me? But they are not necessarily MY incarnations? That is, the oversoul fire elf is the same but the speck that became me had a particular path (lineage) which is not necessarily the same as the FORMS taken by other specks as they descended through the dimensions?
4) GUIDES vs SOUL FAMILY. Are our guides always from our soul family or is that a different thing altogether? Like people we worked with could be guides as well? Or could guides be anyone we have affinity with for whatever reason?
5) “inheritance” is what we picked up through different incarnations and FORMS, correct? That is, you couldn’t get an “inheritance” gift from someone you worked with if you never had that form yourself? But you might tune into them as an old friend or as a guide?

Eugenia Oganova Amena, the 1, 2, and 3 are correct; 4 – guides can be from your soul lineage, soul family, or any place you’ve incarnated in and made friends and made contracts with, or even dead relatives – so pretty much this is open to what is needed for each lifetime; 5- inheritance is communally generated by your group, it is NOT a gift from “elsewhere” ever – always from your own learned lessons. But it can be distributed within the soul group – i.e. one of the souls int he group learned something and then all of the other souls can have access to it (i.e. inherit it) – but it is LESSON LEARNED by all or few or one of the soul group.

Diane Grupe Marshall When we separate from Source as a Group/family is that the same as Over Soul? Are there a finite amount of groups? When I asked to be shown what we “look” like at that point I saw firefly like light ready to scatter off. Asking again they became tall, white androgynous beings that would fade to geometry. Being that our work is with grids, bringing more connection to Source to the places we incarnate via the grids…. the geometric version felt aligned with purpose. When you ask about the Soul Inheritance we are ready to claim, is that claiming with/for our Avatar self? I welcome your perspective and answers. Thank you!

Can’t answer on the “finite number” since to my knowledge the Universe is “becoming” always i.e. it is infinite so will be the oversouls, but in the linear model of thinking from 3D Earth I see your logic and from that viewpoint – yes, you are correct, it will look like a finite number, so you are getting this correctly. 
The grids, crystalline, geometric, sparks, tall beings – it can be all one lineage with various forms they all had explored. Yes, geometry applies to you well.
The inheritance is for this incarnation, i.e. for the avatar with the soul in her 🙂

Eugenia Oganova Diane Grupe Marshall we are not after the appearance, we are after RECOGNITION. That occurs when you SYNCHRONIZE with your soul group’s RESONANCE. HOW that happens is up to each person – so we are using visual, feeling, sensing and other ways to hone into that unique resonance so that you can then have this link between you and your soul group open at all times.

Denise Romano Awesome experience with the meditation on Sunday. Very emotional, teary and so filled with love on connecting with my soul family. I became jittery and ungrounded however afterwards…I think I was trying to jump out to be with them rather than just filling with their love.? PS – Also, Is there a Ma’at meditation that I missed?

Eugenia Oganova Denise Romano, I am very happy for you to tune in and feel your soul group. The point here is to connect with them so that we can better live our mission here on Earth (not leave Earth to go to them). You are here for a reason, you are a representative of the group here in 3D, and you have a job to do. If you miss them – it is just not having enough connection and self-love (I’ve answered this somewhere in this thread earlier about “being lonely” vs “alone”). So definitely stay in your body and utilize the connection with them as a SUPPORT for you to be here and do your job better 🙂 // PS – the Maat meditation is in the Transcension Gate membership so some people in this class are also TG members and that’s why they were mentioning it.

Dunja Moeller I felt all these blond and nordic types as a group stand around me. They felt a bit academic, caring but rather unemotional. I certainly felt connected and that I somehow belonged. What I lost by coming into this dimension seemed to be the ability to influence weather patterns and I am more then glad to retrieve this ability of working with the weather devas and my inner and out weather particularly. Are the Hyperboreans part of my soul lineage or did they just drop in to say hi?

Eugenia Oganova Dunja, the “nordic types” you saw were not Hyperboreans but cousins of their ancestors the Aesir. Aesir are Asses and Vans, and there are other branches related to them. The Aesir branch that settled Earth is who we know as Hyperboreans. The ones you linked up to from your soul family are of that same tree, just a further removed branch – they didn’t come en-masse to incarnate here, but they did send some of their representatives into this experiment. Nice job sensing it all!

Carol Lynn Schafer I have done the meditation twice now. The One Word that came to me was Acceptance. During the first meditation I saw light beings and in the second, they appeared more as an angelic support energy. I have read through most of the comments and answer so I don’t know if it the same energy as you mentioned. The first time the energy felt very soft and supportive – somewhat like a teddy bear and the energy seemed dense without a clear form. The second time the energy beings felt serene and supportive and the energy felt more crystal like and radiated around the beings. I was told that my ability to hold space – to feel emotions quite deeply was some of the traits linked to my soul family. The second time I was told my heart energy was from these beings. It seems that I put on a major life transition – it felt like a rite of passage from child to adulthood or student to mentor to incarnate as a human. I felt like I was to re-claim a soul inheritance of moving forward without feeling like I have to please others – to be able to hold space without feeling responsible for the feelings of the people I might hold space for. I feel like this will help me to form or be a part of a very supportive community.

Eugenia Oganova Carol Lynn Schafer you are perceiving Pleiadean beings of 5D and you are sensing them thru your heart chakra on the Unconditional Love level – hence the feeling of love, acceptance, emotional support. Most of the human stories about angels and the FEELING we get when we think of angels – it is actually about the 5D Pleiadean people. Great job on tuning in!

Eugenia Oganova Ann Elliott sounds like you got it 🙂 The tall transparent ones “very high” vibrationally are probably Paa-Tal – makes sense. The who and from where is not as important as what you receive from them and what it links you to – and you got that going. The “fractal-like capillaries” – that is one of the ways to see the Universal Code (the Word component of tri-state of God Source) via geometry. We can have multidimensional range as a Soul-Self. This means we are able to perceive few dimensions at once (like I have an unusual 12D-1D range). Most people tend to not be consecutive (like many might be able to do 3D and 5D for example, but not 4D). If the soul had incarnations and advancement in every consecutive dimension, it will also have that range afterwards.

The “tall cyclops-like distant people” – these are the Namluu forms (and various souls can incarnate into them). 
The gnomes are probably 4D inhabitants that you dealt with at some point of your journey on Earth and had a very good supportive experience with them (happy). 
The ancient Egyptian people – these are probably from the 1st seeding by the Sirians (i.e. with their human DNA amplified by the Sirians) – they had a wider range of consciousness.
The “peasants” – these are probably the images of humans after the fall of consciousness and you having to find a way to still live among them while being a Forerunner (i.e spiritually already understanding some principles that they had forgot) – I think these images are symbolic (like “spiritually crippled” not so much physical). 
The horses – that is also a symbol for the freedom of expression. There is a Great Horse being (he is white and he has a beam of light from his forehead – perhaps he is the origin of the unicorn idea?) – that Great Horse is a 4D spirit who lives on Earth and is the energy that represents freedom of expression (I think you translate it as “wild”).
So all in all, you had seen/experienced your lineage on Earth as a Forerunner – awesome! From being the pioneer soul in the Namluu form, then with the humans who were conscious (Egyptians) and having access to the 4D “happy spirits” (gnomes) and Great Horse spirit, then living thru the fall of consciousnesses with people who became very “broken” (the “peasants”) until now.
As for the meditations – really it is more of a conscious choice to make a clear boundary and open up yourself than anything location. It is easier to be open by the ocean or on a mountain, but it is possible just fine in a closet! The neighbors are in the lower vibrations and when we meditate, we expand into higher ones – and these are parallel to the lower, so they can overlap no problem. So if there is a difficulty is mostly from the personality – hard to focus on yourself while distracted by neighbors. If this is the case, just make sure you have a space where there are no distractions (it can be a closet, or you can have noise-cancelling headphones on) or do it when people are asleep (night/early morning).

Eugenia Oganova John Latta, “had it and lost it” is NOT about the INHERITANCE, it is about a one-off experience of clarity that sometimes people have. These are PRESET in the soul contract for the lifetime and are meant to be POINTS OF REFERENCE to help the personality to DESIRE to DO THE WORK to get there. These one-off experiences of divinity are given so that the person wants to wake up, has something to go towards. What we are doing here in the course is THE WORK itself so that whatever experiences you all have during the course, you can then build further on. 
The masters who “lost” their awakening – there is no such thing. One cannot lose an awakening! One can lose EMOTIONAL experience of it, and this can be devastating to the personality – and masters still have these lessons. So doing the work to EXPAND to the place where the emotional experience is more masterful (or moving beyond emotions all together) works best. Also, most of the masters you are talking about are earthlings who relay on feelings, thus had a very painful time with the “loss of that feeling”. 
CONSCIOUSNESS TAKES EFFORT. Period. So, it is true that if we do this effort for 4 weeks and then stop, we can slide down into ignorance/unconscious LS patterns. But this is why I teach you the filters and why you answer the questions – so that you LEARN what to do and can continue doing it after the course. This is how we RETAIN conscious experiences.

Eugenia Oganova we all incarnate in SIMULATIONS – these are environments for learning. “star beings” is just a poetic way of saying that we had lived somewhere else before Earth. Earth is a simulation, and incarnation is “taking a form inside simulation”. You stood on the side of consciousness and syntropy and were “tested” by the wrath of the negative forces. Sort of like the “war of good and evil” lesson. You had many many lifetimes in that struggle. I think it showed up now to show you that you are not a victim and that over-focusing on the “ink” is not the solution. The “dragon watching” is probably more of the 8D actual quadruped dragons since you were helping them – they were having lots of work to do with some of their descendants that went “to the dark side” (like the Draco Ushumgal and that whole lineage). You, in whatever lineage/form you actually are from, were working with the Dragons at the time on that project.
