Comments inside the private Facebook group linked to this Website

If you contribute comments on that FB group, you agree to the following rules:

• You will comment KINDLY and RESPECTFULY of other people’s views.
• You will hold yourself and others as POWERFUL and post from that place inside yourself.
• You will not use the comments to post spam, to harass or threaten.
• Eugenia Oganova may moderate, edit, or delete comments at any time, at her sole discretion.
• Eugenia Oganova may ban comment authors from the Forum at any time, at her sole discretion.

The comments feature is intended to facilitate an educational, supportive, inspiring and informative conversation about the topics inside the Membership on this Website. Such conversations are not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial, or other advice.

CANCELLATION / REFUNDS

You may cancel your recurring MONTHLY billing subscription at any time. If you request a cancellation for your recurring billing product, no future rebills will be charged to your account. Keep in mind, a cancellation will not generate a refund – it will only stop any future rebills.

In case of a YEARLY subscription cancellation, your unused pre-paid amount will be refunded to you manually.

You agree that Eugenia Oganova, at her sole discretion, may limit, suspend, or terminate your right to participate in the membership program without forgiveness of any remaining monthly payments if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, fail to follow program guidelines

AGREEMENTS

Digital products including but not limited to self-study courses and meditations, will be accessible immediately after purchase. If a technical glitch does not immediately deliver your sign-in instructions, you will gain access to the digital course as soon as tech support can get your information out to you. This will happen within a reasonable window of 48 business hours.

Eugenia Oganova is not liable if the failure or delay to deliver your products is on account of causes beyond her control, including labor disputes, civil commotion, war, fires, floods, inclement weather, governmental regulations or controls, casualty, government authority, strikes, or acts of God. If that happens, Eugenia Oganova will deliver the product in a commercially reasonable time after the circumstance is resolved.

Your use of the digital content on this site is at your own risk. Eugenia Oganova does not guarantee any results from using this content. It is your responsibility to do your own work, practice, and application of the self-study courses and meditations, to do any needed research and obtain any professional, medical, legal, financial, or other help that you may need for your situation.

If you require more personal guidance and mentoring to facilitate your consumption or integration of a self-study course or meditations, please schedule a private appointment with Eugenia Oganova.

CANCELLATION / REFUNDS

No refunds unless otherwise specified, so make sure you really want something before you buy it, whether it’s a group program or a digital product. Even if you do not use the digital product, or do not attend the group program you had purchased,  there are no refunds. Your purchase is final.

There may be special guarantees and refund policies outlined for each of the digital products. This would be featured on the sales page, and if nothing is specified, then it is non-refundable. If there is a specific refund policy outlined for a product, that’s the one we will follow.

The no-refund policy includes any deposits you pay to hold your spot in a group program or on Eugenia Oganova’s calendar, unless we specifically say it’s a refundable deposit then please assume your deposits are non-refundable.

You are granted the lifetime access to a digital product you had purchased on this Website. For our purpose, lifetime access means that you have access to your purchased program, so long as the program exists. Eugenia Oganova reserves the right to cancel any of the programs, at her sole discretion, at any time. 

You agree that Eugenia Oganova, at her sole discretion, may limit, suspend, or terminate your right to participate in any program without forgiveness of any remaining payments if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, fail to follow program guidelines.

Eugenia Oganova reserves the right to cancel any of the live group programs, at her sole discretion. In such a case your payments will be refunded to you. 

AGREEMENTS

By submitting payment for a private appointment with Eugenia Oganova, YOU acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, which includes:

• keeping commitments and being on time for sessions.
• that Eugenia Oganova, at her sole discretion, may limit, suspend, or terminate your right to participate in any program without forgiveness of any remaining monthly payments if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, fail to follow program guidelines.

Eugenia Oganova has made every effort to accurately represent the benefits you will receive through mentoring with her.  That being said, there are no guarantees regarding any result or benefit to be received by. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will experience enlightenment, and/or psychic states of consciousness, or achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s process and success depends on many factors, including but not limited to, his or her background, dedication, starting point, desire and motivation.

Eugenia Oganova is a Transcension Mentor. She provides mentoring by means of her unique perception and is not qualified to provide medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. It is your responsibility to secure assistance from the appropriately qualified professional if such advice is desired or needed.

CANCELLATION / REFUNDS

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for private Sessions, Minis, Night Quads

and any other one-on-one work with Eugenia Oganova.

There are no refunds on services that include one-on-one time beyond this 48 hour period. Because time has been set aside by Eugenia Oganova to reserve a spot for one-on-one work, in lieu of other clients, contracts for one-on-one services cannot be canceled past the 48-hour period, and no refunds will be granted.
