
Self-forgiveness
DAY 2
Today we are going to challenge ourselves to forgive anything that comes up about us that doesn’t match who we want to be, or think we should be. Forgiveness is a form of letting go of judgment – external type or self-imposed. We tend to judge ourselves so harshly when we don’t match some ideals, or someone else’s expectations, or even our own.

This is your job today:
Notice all of the external expectations that people put on you, and internal ones that you put on yourself, notice self-blame that goes on in your mind/emotions;
Every time that desire to self-punish comes up, or when you feel not-good-enough, forgive yourself in your heart – every single time after every single negative thought. See if you can do this for yourself today!
