The Fire Element is like a current of energy that circulates within us, activating possibilities and supporting our body’s internal technology.
Let’s talk about pain and inflammation.
When the Fire Element is balanced, it enhances circulation, ensuring oxygen and nutrients are properly distributed to our cells and organs. However, an imbalance can lead to problems… Too much Fire Element can result in high blood pressure and cardiovascular issues, while too little can cause sluggish circulation, creating a host of other complications.

Moreover, excess Fire Element can lead to inflammation, which has become a prevalent issue in our modern world because everyone is mildly frustrated (negative Fire) due to imbalanced living. Factors such as toxins in our food, environmental pollutants, and even our psychological state can contribute to inflammation. When we’re overly reactive to everything, it indicates an incorrect use of the Fire Element, further exacerbating inflammation and its associated symptoms, such as pain, swelling, and redness.

It’s important to recognize that some inflammation is a natural response of our immune system to physical attacks or injuries. However, in our current lifestyle, where physical threats are less prevalent, this Fire Element gets attached to things it shouldn’t, leading to excessive inflammation throughout our bodies. It’s time to understand how we can work with the Fire Element to balance and harness its power for our well-being.

Finding balance with the Fire Element is key to managing pain and inflammation effectively. It’s not about eliminating it entirely, but rather utilizing it in a healthy way. Here are a few suggestions to consider:

Fire Boundary, Clearing Toxicity and Healing Inflammation.
For this transmission, let’s dive into an important aspect of the Fire Element that directly influences our Health Blueprint and the healing process: the removal of toxins.
This is linked to either overly rigid boundary, or a non-existent one.
And the energy of the Sun and the Stars plays a big role in your boundary – so look into that – are you letting the starfire in?

Our bodies naturally generate toxins as a byproduct of our existence. When something enters our cells and is utilized, the remaining waste needs to be expelled to make room for vital nutrients. If we constantly add without letting go, these toxins begin to accumulate, creating a burden within us.

Unfortunately, when the Fire Element malfunctions and we lose touch with our Health Blueprint, our body’s natural ability to eliminate toxins becomes compromised. The toxins get stuck, creating an internal landfill where cells become weighed down and sluggish.

Let’s talk about inflammation. It’s closely intertwined with toxicity. When we perceive the world as dangerous, this perception activates toxicity within us. The circulation and cellular metabolism slow down as a response, and our bodies summon white blood cells to combat the toxins. This immune response leads to tissue swelling, further exacerbating inflammation. It becomes a self-perpetuating cycle, and it’s no wonder that inflammation has become a prevalent issue for humanity—it’s all about toxicity.

So, how can we address this toxicity and promote healing? Here are a few pointers:

Mindful Consumption: Be mindful of what you eat and drink. Opt for organic, clean, and nourishing foods. Consider home-grown veggies if possible. Ensure the water you drink is clean and be conscious of the cleaning products you use in your household.

Internal Reflection: Internal toxicity is often activated by psychological factors and perception. Evaluate your choices and habits that contribute to toxicity. Distinguish between the toxicity that comes with living in the modern world and the toxicity that you’re adding unnecessarily. Remember, we can’t completely eliminate all environmental toxicity, but we have the power to minimize and manage the toxins we introduce into our lives by balancing our relationship with the Fire Element (which also represents a healthy boundary!) Are you ready to ignite your body’s natural regenerative powers? Let’s explore the incredible potential of the Fire Element and its role in cellular repair, mitochondrial activation, and overall vitality (and even biological ascension!)

The Fire Element within us is like a spark of life, enabling cellular regeneration and maintenance.
It fuels the body’s ability to repair, cleanse, and renew every cell efficiently, keeping us vibrant and healthy.
When the Fire Element is lacking, our skin may appear dull, our energy levels plummet, and our overall well-being suffers.

Biological ascension is when the body turns into Light – i.e. the energy charge within the cells is released – this is the Fire Elemental being rejoicing as it breaks the atomic bonds and releases the power in a micro-explosion. That explosion further activates the energy range than the consciousness can hold, propelling the Soul beyond 3D.
Obviously, most people won’t experience biological ascension – instead majority of humans eventually will go through levels of Fire Element upgrade, allowing the body to regenerate much more effectively, expanding lifespan to thousands of years.
