1 ♦ Start with the “Market Research” workbook – get acquainted with what is needed to start your research NOW. If you already have a premium offer and you are finetuning it, or upleveling into more premium, or pivoting your niche, or even if you are creating your first ever premium offer – by now you probably have questions. These questions should be in at least 2 categories:

• How do my ideal clients think of the problem I solve? What have they tried to solve it? What do they want?
• Do they understand the way I describe my process, expertise, my unique methodology?

Market research interviews should focus on these areas to give you answers. You are looking for THEIR words and examples, so that you can incorporate them into your marketing. And you are running your system by them, your terms and words, to see what needs to be clarified for a simpler selling experience down the road. You want to do this research after you know your Expertise and System, but before you finalize your offer and marketing copy. This should take no more than an hour to make decisions and set it up, so you can start booking interviews for the next 7 days and talking with people while you are going through the rest of this module.

2. ♦ Dive into the “Unveil your Offer” workbook. It will help you make important decisions on the length of your offer, how you plan on integrating your secret sauce into it to make your offer irresistible, and what delivery adjustments you need to make to make it flow. It will also help you understand which supplementary materials do you need for your offer and how to create pre-work to guarantee your client’s results. Take lots of notes, journal, make decisions. This is not set in stone, but you do want to emerge from that workbook with some serious clarity.

3. ♦ Watch the “Anatomy of your Premium Offer” and “Mistakes to Avoid” videos – these are companions for the “Unveil your Offer” workbook, meant to give you even more clarity.

4. ♦ Now it’s time to create your Premium Offer (or fine tune the one you have). This is where the “Premium Offer Creation with Sticky Note Strategy” workbook comes in. Following its instructions for the creating process using sticky notes (or whichever other way that works for you) you will emerge in a few hours with your entire Offer done and ready.
