1. When you access the workbook file through the shared Google Docs link while logged into your Google account, locate it in the “Shared with me” section of the left sidebar (the URL should resemble drive.google.com/drive/shared-with-me). Please note that this version of the file is view-only and cannot be edited.
2. To make the workbook editable, right-click on the file name and select “Make a copy.” This action will create a duplicate of the file in your “My Drive,” and it will be saved as your personal copy, indicated by “owned by me.” Now you can freely type and make changes within the workbook.
3. It’s a good practice to organize your program files in one place. Create a new folder in your Google Docs, specifically for this program (CFM), and move the saved workbook into that folder. By doing so, you’ll keep your files neatly organized. As you fill out the workbook, your changes will be automatically saved to your Google Drive.

Most of the workbooks are designed for your personal use as journal prompts. They serve as valuable tools to stimulate your mindset and refine your strategies, helping you uncover any blind spots and elevate your consciousness. You generally do not need to share these workbooks unless you have a specific question or concern.

However, there are certain workbooks called “Checkpoints” that you should share with my team and me so we can monitor your progress. To share a workbook, after saving it as your own copy, click the “share” button located in the top right corner. Adjust the permissions to “anyone with the link” and set the access level to “can edit.” Copy the generated link and paste it into the designated location, such as the FB group or as otherwise instructed. If you are sharing a file that is not a “Checkpoint” workbook, please specify the areas you would like my team and me to focus on or address.

Feel free to print out the workbooks if you prefer writing by hand. However, please note that only typed workbooks can be submitted for review or questions.
