DAY 4
Today we are going to perform jujitsu on the negative reactions we have (which poison our ability to love ourselves). We are going to transmute them into Love. When we have a negative reaction, it activates a cascade through our systems – mental, emotional, chemical, karmic – and we want to redirect that energy, so that it works for us, not against us.

Make a soft bubble of Love energy in your heart – encoded it in your memory for future reference;
Every time you have a negative reaction, put it into your heart chakra – so that it can be transmuted by the pure Love energy bubble.
