How to work with Meditations
♦ Never listen to these meditations “on the go” – you need to have a safe quiet calm space and at least 30 min. of time to deepen into the energies. Use headphones to get the most from the SOUND-coded audio.
♦ There are 10 recordings. When listening for the first time, you want to go through them in SEQUENCE as they are laid out for you. They are designed in the ENERGY-PROGRESSION – so that the frequency calibration builds in your system as you progress through the meditations.
♦ Listen to ONE meditation per day only. It is very powerful experience to go through all of these 10 meditations in a row – it will take you 10 days. You will feel the energy-upgrades.
♦ Allow yourself to be GUIDED. Let your mind imagine the pictures described (even if you don’t know what it means), let your emotions flow, let your body relax and receive the energy – the SOUND-codes coming into your system are bathing you in the Love Resonance.
♦ After listening to a meditation, your energy field is open – it just PARTICIPATED in an experience. You might not KNOW what happened, but something happened in your energy system. Take a moment to reflect, journal about it, clarify your experience.
♦ Once you had gone through all of the meditations the first time, you can choose to focus specifically on the ones that hold the most interest for you (either due to being very pleasureful or very challenging). You can then listen to them in any order.
